When acquiring image in VisionPro QuickBuild with same camera and settings, why the processing time of Image Source is 0.0034ms while the CogAcqFifoTool is 177.53ms?
Answer
When using Image Source, the processing time displayed does not include the acquisition time. Even through the Image Source is shown as a tool, the acquisition happens in a separate thread and the "tool timer" doesn't start until the acquisition is completed.
CogAcqFifoTool is a real tool, the displayed processing time is the real image acquisition time.
