Pay attention to the Qualification field. There can be either Cognex or Vendor.
If the camera is qualified by Cognex, then feel free to reach out to the Cognex Technical Support team if technical assistance is needed with that model.
If there is Vendor in the qualification field, then it means that the camera was qualified by the camera vendor, and in case of questions or issues, it is the camera vendor who can provide further details and support. Please contact the camera vendor's support team in that case.
If you are interested in a camera model that is not in the supported cameras list, you might reach out to the camera vendor and check with them if they ever tested (or if they can test) that model with Cognex Vision Software.
