The Cognex Designer Help says that 1440 bytes of User Data and Inspection Results are supported in a cyclic Profinet connection.
How can I reach that value in the Siemens TIA Portal?

A maximum of 1440 bytes of User Data and Inspection Results are supported in a cyclic Profinet connection, but this amount of data is the total data for input and output. There are 6 placeholders for User Data and Results modules in the CC24 card, and either a 64-byte module or a 240-byte module can be added to each placeholder. Since there are some additional Control and Status signals, it is not possible to use the 240-byte module in each place. The maximum size for User Data and Results looks like below:
240 x 5 + 64 = 1264 bytes
