Issue:
There can be situations where the emulator list for version 23.2.0 stays empty. A typical scenario would be if the 23.2.0 version is either the first installed version on the system, or if there was 23.1.0 already on the system, but 23.1.1 was skipped.
Cause:
The reason is some unknown issue with the installation of 23.2.0.
Resolution:
As a workaround, simply install 23.1.1 on top. The emulators will now show up for all versions. You can uninstall any version not needed afterwards.
