In-Sight Explorer Sample - How To Check If a File Exists On an FTP Server

Using the existsSync() method of the camera's JavaScript File System Module, it is possible to check if a file exists on an FTP server or not. If you are interested in more details about the File System Module, then please refer to the related In-Sight Explorer Help section.

The sample job can be downloaded at the following link:

If the file exists on the FTP server, then the Script function in A10 cell will return 1, otherwise, it will be 0.

Note: Script function is available on In-Sight Explorer cameras in Spreadsheet view, using 5.1.0 or above firmware version.
