Issue:
The In-Sight Vision Suite Emulator for Edge Learning with cloud license does not enable Edge Learning tools. The cloud license is not working and the Edge Learning tools do not work.
Causes:
The cloud license in CodeMeter does not show a valid url.
Resolution:
Quit CodeMeter and restart it again. Make sure a valid url is now available.
