I can't access In-Sight Vision Suite due to security settings and my IT department won't allow me to completely lower my firewall. Is there any other way to gain access?

Allow the 6 Input Rules for In-Sight Vision Suite shown in the graphic below.
Open Windows Defender firewall
→ Then go to "Advanced Settings"
