Unable to Access Files in the In-Sight Vision Suite File Management Utility

A customer can connect to their camera, but when they click on the File Managment Utility in In-Sight Vision Suite, no files appear, even though there are files saved on the camera. They will also be unable to view files in the Startup Settings Utility.

Details

This issue is caused by a firewall or other security program blocking FTP communications on port TCP 20. To resolve the issue, please make sure that nothing is blocking communication on that port. The full list of ports that In-Sight Vision Suite uses can be found here. In addition, please make sure In-Sight Vision Suite 24.2.0 or newer is used, as passive FTP support was added in that version, and may resolve this issue in some cases.
