Details
Event:
Attempt to read SEMI OCR fails despite the score exceeding the accept threshold.
Probable Causes:
- Any of the OCR characters are below the Character Threshold.
A SEMI checksum is not added to OCR character, but "SEMI" or "SEMI with Virtual" is specified for the checksum.
Solution:
- Look at the score for every character in OCR and if any of them is below the "Character Threshold" then lower the "Character Threshold" value below that character's score.
- Try setting the checksum to "Virtual".
