Issue:
No images or data are saved per FTP.
Causes:
- Camera is not Online.
- Firewall on.
- No rights to access the path where the images should be saved.
- Check the function “WriteImageFTP” or “WriteFTP” if they are configured properly (IP, password, …)
- Specified FTP port not free.
- No Event was fired to save the images.
- Camera is not sending, or FTP Server is not receiving. Check with FileZilla Server/Client.
- There are multiple FTP functions in the job and/or saving too fast.
Resolution:
- Set camera Online.
- Turn the Firewall off temporarily.
- Check the rights to access the path where the images should be saved. Alternatively choose another path.
- Check the function “WriteImageFTP” or “WriteFTP” if they are configured properly (IP, password, …)
- Check if the specified FTP port is free. Alternatively try with another port.
- Check when the Event are fired to save the images.
- Try with FileZilla Server/Client.
- Keep only one FTP function in the job and save with slower rate.
