Issue:
Users occasionally see an error from EtherInspect with a message title of “Unable to load script”. This error usually is followed by the EtherInspect app ceasing to function, requiring a reboot.
Cause:
This issue was occurring due to an environment variable issue if EtherInspect restarts after a crash scenario.
Resolution:
The easiest solution should be to update EtherInspect to 11.4.8-1. Note that you do now need .NET Framework 4.8 installed on the system.
