The standard warranty for Cognex products is 12 months from ship date for all products and accessories for direct sales. The standard warranty is extended automatically to 18 months from ship date for all products and accessories sold to Partners (PSIs). This additional 6 months accounts for time putting the product in service from the Partner to the end customer.
