My camera's webHMI will not connect. It displays a blank screen with a loading wheel, but nothing ever loads. I've confirmed that the HMI View Selection and HMI Settings window are both configured correctly. It won't work on any computer, and webHMIs for other Cognex devices work fine. My camera is running firmware 6.5.1.

There was an issue with the webHMI in the initial release of 6.5.1 that was fixed with a re-release.
Please take the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Uninstall In-Sight Explorer 6.5.1
- Download the updated version of In-Sight Explorer 6.5.1 from the Cognex website (link: https://support.cognex.com/en/downloads/detail/in-sight/5311/1033)
- Re-flash the firmware on the camera to 6.5.1 (022)
