The Status of Wafer ID is Set to "Locked"

Issue:

WaferID cannot be operated from GUI when the status is set to Locked. 

Probable Causes:

• This is a characteristic of firmware version 2.7.0.
• Because of exclusive control in firmware version 2.7.0, if you log in to the same WaferID camera from more than one camera at the same time, all but one of the other cameras will be in "Locked" status. This is also true for logging in to other Telnet in GUI.

Solution:

Log out of all GUI except the one you want to operate.

Upgrading to 2.7.1PR1 instead of firmware version 2.7.0.
