In general, the most common cause for not being able to see your WebHMI is needing to refresh the HMI settings of your In-Sight Vision Suite Emulator. To fix this perform the following actions:
Delete all folders under HMI either in:
In-Sight Vision Suite Emulator → Utilities → File Management
or under this path:
C:\ProgramData\Cognex\In-Sight\In-Sight ViDi PC\1.6.0\pubfs\HMI
