How to use serial I/O Adapter CCB-PIO-DB15-05ST with DM-USBIO-00 for DataMan 80 USB

Using CCB-PIO-DB15-O5ST allows to have one Input and one Output:

But using the DM-USBIO-00 doesn’t allows to have Common Input contrary to what is stated in the DM-USBIO-00 wiring diagram:

CCB-PIO-DB15-05ST is a feature reduced IO cable.

It has just 1 output and 1 input.

The input is referring to GND pin 4.

There is no input common on this cable, therefore pin 13 is unconnected.

So, Pin 13 on DM-USBIO-00 is not connected too.
