Issue:
When attempting to train the Green Classify tool, the task stays at 0% done and gives the message “Waiting for GPU slot”.
Cause:
You are missing the 130000 bit from your license dongle. After adding it, you will be able to train HDM tools in 3.x.
Resolution:
- Purchase a FSU-DL-3.0-UPDATE. When you have an order number, send the .RaC file of your license to technical support for upgrade:
- Open the CodeMeter Control Center.
- Select the CmStick that has the matching serial number to your dongle.
- Click License Update.
- Press Next.
- Select "Create License request" and press Next.
- Select "Extend existing license" and press Next.
- Check "Cognex Corporation (6000417)" and press Next.
- Press "..." to select a folder where update file will be saved.
- Press Commit.
