"Object Reference Not Set to an Instance of an Object" error - VisionPro Deep Learning (VPDL) in Cognex Designer Projects

Issue:

"Object Reference not set to an Instance of an Object " Error showing up when importing a runtime workspace to the VisionPro Deep Learning Runtime Block of the Designer Project

Cause:

Enabling the VisionPro Deep Learning Runtime Plugin to an existing Cognex Designer Project previously working with the ViDi Training Plugin one, the VisionPro Deep Learning device in the Cognex Designer Project Explorer is not properly updated to the correct needed name LocalRuntime, causing the "Object Reference not set to an Instance of an Object " error when importing a runtime workspace to the DeepLearning Runtime Block of the Cognex Designer Project                     

Resolution:

Rename the VisonPromDeep Learning Device in the Cognex Designer Project Explorer to LocalRuntime and import again the runtime workspace double clicking on the VisionProDeepLEarningRuntime  Block
