Dark Acquired Image on IS38xx Cameras

You might experience the acquisition of dark images despite an high value of the esposure time/gain.

This might be due to an acquisition setting called "Enable Automatic BlackLeveling":

By Default, this checkbox is flagged, make sure you unflag it and try acquiring again.
