Editable Fields Are Greyed Out On The EasyView And Their Value Cannot Be Edited

Issue:

The editable fields are greyed out on In-Sight 2800 or In-Sight 3800 camera's EasyView web interface:

Causes:

In-Sight Vision Suite might be connected to the camera.

Resolution:

If In-Sight Vision Suite is connected to the camera, then close that connection and reopen the camera's Web HMI from a Google Chrome web browser.
